F.A.Q.

  • We use a print on demand service, which uses direct to garment (DTG) printing. DTG printing allows one garment to be produced at a time, reducing waste, while still maintaining soft, uncracked designs. It further boosts our inventory, and provides us the freedom to create as many designs as our silly brains can come up with.

    Also of note, our DTG prints are printed with non-toxic, vegan inks on energy-efficient machinery that produces no wastewater.

  • The shipping times of our products vary, but you can normally expect your order to reach you within 10 days. Sometimes a certain size needs to be restocked, so that could add time to the process, but you’ll be kept in the loop with an order confirmation and tracking number. The tracking number can take up to 48 hours to process. Also, you can always contact us directly with an questions or concerns!

  • If you want to exchange for a different size, or if there’s a defect with your order, please email “help@hammothdesigns.com”, and we’ll give you an address to send your stuff to so we can get you a replacement asap!

    P.S. If there is a defect, send a close-up picture of it and we’ll get you taken care of.

  • The fulfillment service we use to get you your Hammoth gear can have varying locations depending upon the item, so your single order could arrive separately for expediency. That said, the designs are all made in KC, and we will print locally as often as possible.
